Baby it’s hot outside and this icy chocolate drink is a cool way to get some relief from the heat. The best part about this recipe is you can forego the liqueur and serve the frappe to anyone. This is a special treat for my kids, it’s quick and easy to make and I don’t have to jump in a hot vehicle to make the trek to the ice cream parlor.
