Cranberry Orange Bars
Tips
- If your pork chops are more than 1 inch thick, cook them a little longer than 10 minutes. The recommended internal temperature for pork has been lowered to 145 degrees, so it’s okay if there is a little pink in the middle.
- Boneless pork chops work well with this recipe. Pork tenderloin medallions sliced about 1½ inches thick would be delicious too.
- Fresh peaches are readily available this time of year and can be easily substituted for the frozen peaches.
- Garnish pork chops with fresh chopped parsley, and serve with mashed sweet potatoes and a steamed green vegetable on the side.
